Chicken Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • pounds – chicken breast
  • 1 tsp – lemon pepper seasoning
  • 3 quarts – broccoli broken into 1″ florets
  • cups – red onions ½” diced
  • 1 cup – mayonnaise
  • 1 cup – sour cream
  • 2 tbsp – lemon juice
  • tsp – salt
  • 1 tsp – seasoned salt
  • ¾ tsp – black pepper
  • ½ tsp – granulated garlic

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place chicken in a baking pan and sprinkle with the lemon pepper.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 15 minutes. Let cool, then dice into ½ inch pieces.
  4. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute.
  5. Immediately immerse into ice water. Drain well.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and spices.
  7. Place the chicken, broccoli, onions, and dressing mixture in a large bowl and mix gently until all ingredients are coated.
